  1. I love this type of architecture. Simple, elegant, inviting. This is what I envision when I hear "noble simplicity".

    The Romantic style, as well as Italianate can be just as beautiful, if some restraint is shown

  2. ok, found their website. Someone bleached the interior. Sad, why do landlords and church designers always paint the walls white?

  3. White is a good neutral color. Battleship Gray is even more neutral, and it is amazing how many churches are painted that color these days (but not for much longer, I think). As St. Prosper said, "The law of paint is the law of belief", or something like that.

    This church also has a tower, although you can't see it in this photo.
